Localisation Quality Program Manager | 12-month contract | Remote/hybrid in Dublin | €110,000 / year
My client is a multinational SaaS company in the financial tech industry with a portfolio of cutting-edge fin-tech and supporting hardware products that allow businesses to grow and thrive and customers to enjoy more choice for funding their purchases.
What is the position?
We are looking for a Localisation Quality Program Manager to drive and enhance the quality management strategy. In this role, you will oversee quality planning, assurance, and control processes, ensuring the highest standards across localisation initiatives. This position requires close collaboration with internal teams and external vendors to measure, optimize, and maintain quality throughout the localisation process.
What will I be going?
- Execute and refine the overall quality program strategy, aligning with broader team goals and KPIs.
- Build and maintain robust quality processes, including documentation, training, and one-on-one support.
- Collect and analyse quality data to inform strategy, budget allocation, and vendor management.
- Work closely with vendors to validate data, assess quality initiatives, and manage escalations.
- Regularly report quality findings to internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Build relationships across globalization sub-teams, ensuring quality efforts support business objectives.
- Assess and improve existing tools through automation to enhance scalability, efficiency, and productivity.
Sounds great, but what experience makes me eligible for the role?
- 3+ years of experience in localization, with a focus on program management, vendor management, and quality assurance.
- Strong analytical skills, with experience working with data management tools and advanced analytics platforms.
- Expertise in running QA programs, including terminology management and style guide creation.
- Experience with quality measurement frameworks/models (e.g., DQF).
- Familiarity with TMS, CMS, and other translation/content management tools.
- Experience with Machine Translation (MT), MT quality evaluation, and process automation are also nice to have
This opportunity is a 12 month contract, Remote/Hybrid/Onsite options available (candidates must be located in Ireland), paying up to €110,200 per annum pro rata.
