Job Description:

• Helping to coordinate and manage project tasks and deliverables

• Analyzing data as required to support quality control 

• Conducting administrative duties, such as setting up meetings, drafting PO, and drawing estimates

• Tracking and reporting projects progress

• Participating in project design meetings and proposing improvements if necessary

• Evaluating potential problems and technical hitches and Report concerning project details and deliverables

• Supervising current tests and coordinating team members

• Managing project-related paperwork by ensuring all necessary materials are current, properly filed and stored

• Communicating with the Project Manager to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives

• Performing other duties assigned by the Project Manager in an orderly and efficient manner

• Performing quality control on the project throughout development to maintain the standards expected

• Coordinating with vendors and suppliers as needed

Job Requirements:

– Bachelor’s degree in (Mass communication/Alsun/Arts)

– 1+ years of experience in project management

– Previous experience in the localization field is a plus.

– English fluency is a MUST.

– Awareness of C.A.T/ AI tools is preferred.

– Relevant PM courses are required.

– Proficiency in MS Office.

– Communication and negotiating Skills.

– Team worker and multi-tasker.
