We are seeking an organized and proactive Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the smooth execution of translation and localization projects from start to finish, working closely with clients, linguists, and internal teams.

Position Overview:

As a Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the successful delivery of translation and localization projects. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders. You will be the go-to person for day-to-day project logistics, including managing timelines, communication, and resource allocation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Coordination: Assist project managers in overseeing translation and localization projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet client specifications.
  • Client Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle, addressing inquiries and providing regular updates on project status.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (e.g., linguists, designers, engineers) to coordinate resources and ensure project requirements are met.
  • Scheduling & Resource Management: Help schedule project milestones, allocate resources, and ensure that all deadlines are met.
  • Quality Control: Ensure the accuracy and quality of project deliverables by conducting quality checks and ensuring that client requirements are followed.
  • Document Management: Maintain project documentation, including contracts, schedules, and reports, ensuring that all project files are organized and easily accessible.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement in project management and contribute to the optimization of workflows.
  • Risk Management: Flag potential issues or delays early and assist in implementing solutions to mitigate risks and keep projects on track.
  • Reporting & Updates: Provide regular status reports on project progress, budget, and timelines to project managers and clients.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 1–2 years of experience in project coordination or project management, ideally within the translation, localization, or language services industry.
  • Skills: Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking abilities. Attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with both internal teams and external clients.
  • Tech Proficiency: Familiarity with project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, Microsoft Project) and basic knowledge of CAT (Computer-Assisted Translation) tools.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in [English] is required; additional language skills are a plus.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate and address issues before they affect project timelines.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work well in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
