Responsibilities
• Manage customer relationship integration.
• Effectively communicating with clients, linguists and colleagues with ultimate goal of ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Always up to date with customer needs and forecasts
• Finalize agreements with customers for new product lines
• Attending meetings as required to discuss and clarify on briefs, client requirements, deadlines and budgets.
• Define project plan with inter and external teams.
• Define project scope with customer.
• Follow up on Project implementation progress and raise timely flags for any deviations ensuring proper customer alignment
• File preparation in coordination with the L.E teams.
• Prepare project materials according to customer’s requirements.
• Overseeing day-to-day translation projects, serving as primary contact between suppliers, direct and end client.
• Coordinating and managing delivery of multiple translation projects to clients ensuring quality and service always meet expectations.
• Run QA process according to customer’s defined quality matrix.
• Evaluation and tracking of Resources performance.
• Timely & Accurate reporting of Customer POs to accounting teams and working closely to resolve any issues
• Timely issuing of Vendors POs
