Localization Project Coordinator

The PMO is a corner stone in NWT, as the owner of the customer experience the project coordinator role is pivotal.

Responsibilities

  • Work with the customer to define the project scope, deadline and budget
  • Define the project plan with internal & external teams
  • Prepare project materials according to customer’s requirements.
  • File preparation in coordination with the L.E teams.
  • Responsible for full project implementation including running QA process according to customer’s defined quality matrix.
  • Assisting Production Teams on specific vendor requirements based on project pipelines.
  • Active management of our Resources Pool
  • Recruitment of new specialized vendors in order to create and expand multilingual and dedicated resource supply databases to accommodate clients’ needs.
  • Evaluation and tracking of Resources performance.
  • Overseeing day-to-day translation projects, serving as primary contact between suppliers, direct and end client.
  • Coordinating and managing delivery of multiple translation projects to clients ensuring quality and service always meet expectations.
  • Attending meetings as required to discuss and clarify on briefs, client requirements, deadlines and budgets.
  • Effectively communicating with clients, linguists and colleagues with ultimate goal of ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Work with PMO & Management on required reporting tasks
