We are seeking a talented individual to fill the role of German Localization Project Coordinator. This position is pivotal in ensuring the accurate translation and efficient localization of content across various mediums for our company. Combining the responsibilities of a Translator and a Localization Coordinator, this role requires a keen eye for linguistic detail, strong project management skills, and a deep understanding of cultural nuance

it:Translate and localize diverse content types, including marketing materials, product UI, technical guides, e-learning modules,

etc.• Oversee the quality control process for localized content in your language, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and adherence to style gui

des.• Collaborate closely with the Translation Team, Product Content team, and other internal stakeholders to grasp project requirements and context effectiv

ely.• Participate in meetings and discussions to clarify translation expectations and address language-related conce

rns.• Work with proofreaders or language experts to refine translations and incorporate feedb

ack.• Contribute to the development and maintenance of a centralized glossary or terminology datab

ase.• Ensure translations reflect cultural nuances and sensitivities relevant to the company’s target audience and tone of vo

ice.• Stay abreast of industry trends, language advancements, and technological tools to enhance translation quality and efficie

on: • Collaborate with project stakeholders to understand localization needs and requirements thoroug

hly.• Coordinate tasks and assignments among translators, linguists, and other localization team memb

ers.• Manage and allocate resources, such as tools and freelance contractors, to support the localization process effectiv

ely.• Act as a liaison between the localization team and other departments, facilitating effective communication and collaborat

ion.• Monitor project timelines and deadlines, proactively identifying and addressing potential delays or roadblo

cks.• Use translation management systems and other relevant software to streamline the localization workf

low.• Help maintain project documentation, including style guides, glossaries, and project briefs, to support the localization process and improve efficie

ncy.• Address and resolve issues that may arise during the localization process, such as linguistic challenges, technical difficulties, or cultural conce
