Position overview:

This role is crucial for ensuring successful translation and localisation of products into new markets. The Project Localisation Manager will be part of an international team aiming to bridge language and cultural gaps and provide users with the best possible experience.

Required skills:

  • Minimum bachelor’s degree, ideally in languages, international relations, project management, or IT.
  • At least 2–3 years of experience in project management, translation, or localisation.
  • Knowledge of localisation tools (e.g., SDL Trados, MemoQ, Smartling, Crowdin).
  • Good communicative knowledge of English, with additional languages being a plus.
  • Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing localisation projects from start to finish, ensuring deadlines, quality standards, and budgets are met.
  • Collaborating with internal and external teams, ensuring the localisation process meets client and market requirements.
  • Ensuring linguistic and cultural accuracy, maintaining consistency in style and tone.
  • Collaborating on the localisation of software, websites, applications, and marketing materials.
  • Monitoring project budgets and optimising resource usage.
