Your mission
As a Papercup Localisation Project Manager you will sit at the heart of the business in a collaborative cross functional team. This team brings together all the Papercup expertise to deliver high quality content for our clients. It’s an exciting place to be, with plenty of opportunity to take ownership and grow as a Project Manager.
What you will do
- Manage all aspects of the localisation workflow to create high quality video assets for our broad range of exciting clients
- Own project schedules, and have the autonomy to create workflow efficiencies to optimise time and quality
- Be the day-to-day point of contact for your projects across the Papercup team
- Work closely with Commercial, Product and Machine Learning teams to always strive for excellence in our service
- Liaise with a wide breadth of international freelancers to partner on your projects; managing communications, deadlines and quality expectations
Your Skills
- Proven project management experience in a fast-paced translation or localisation setting
- Experience with Video, Audio and Media industries, in dubbing and subtitling
- Ability to adapt and excel in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Outstanding stakeholder management and prioritisation skills
- Exceptional organisational skills, proactive and curious
- Ability to meet tight deadlines
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Experience working with freelancers
- Enthusiasm leveraging tech and AI across all aspects of localisation and dubbing
- Fluency in English is key but any additional language skills are a huge bonus!
