We’re searching for a skilled and enthusiastic Localization Project Manager to join our International Expansion team. This dynamic role offers a unique opportunity to lead critical localization initiatives while supporting our Global Expansion Manager with key administrative tasks. What You’ll Do
Localization Project Management (80%)

  • Lead and manage all aspects of localization projects from start to finish, ensuring seamless execution and top-tier results.
  • Build and optimize workflows to enhance efficiency for projects of all sizes.
  • Oversee the translation management system (Crowdin), managing API connections for streamlined updates and workflow automation.
  • Partner with Product, Marketing, Development, and Customer Experience teams to align localization efforts with business objectives.
  • Create and maintain glossaries, style guides, and translation memory databases to ensure consistency, brand alignment, and quality in all translated materials.
  • Evaluate, onboard, and manage external vendors, contractors, and tools to scale localization efforts effectively.
  • Perform quality assurance checks and runtime testing to verify translation accuracy and cultural relevance.
  • Monitor the localization budget, ensuring maximum ROI and providing regular performance updates to stakeholders.
  • Support Sales and Customer Experience teams with localized assets to drive growth in global markets.
  • Keep up with industry trends, identifying opportunities to improve processes and localization strategies.
  • Administrative Support for Global Expansion (20%)

    • Assist the Global Expansion Manager with tasks such as scheduling, correspondence, and document management for international operations.
    • Manage invoices and maintain compliance records for Irish and EU regulations.
    • Handle logistics for global projects, tracking deliverables and providing regular updates.
    • Visit the Dublin office as needed for tasks such as checking mail and liaising with local business registration offices.

    About You

    You’re someone who thrives in a fast-paced, multicultural environment and has a strong passion for delivering world-class localized experiences. You’ll fit right in if you have:

    • 3+ years of experience in localization project management, ideally within a SaaS company.
    • Expertise in localizing a wide range of assets, from landing pages to full product launches across multiple languages.
    • Experience working with cross-functional teams (e.g., Marketing, Engineering, Sales) and managing remote relationships.
    • Proficiency in translation management tools like Crowdin, including API integration and workflow automation.
    • Strong skills in vendor and budget management.
    • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to juggle multiple projects under tight deadlines.
    • A proactive mindset with a passion for continuously improving processes.
    • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for building relationships across diverse cultures.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and collaboration tools like JIRA, Confluence, or Figma.
    • Bonus: Knowledge of HTML, CAT tools, or fluency in additional languages.
