Localization Project Manager

The Project Manager responsibilities include developing strong relationships with customers, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders and preparing sales reports. You will liaise between customers and cross-functional internal teams, ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and improve the entire customer experience. Our ideal candidate is able to identify customer needs and exceed client expectations.

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

· Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your projects

· Develop a trusted adviser relationship with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors

· Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives

· Prepare reports on account status

· Team management: You will lead and manage a team of localization project managers, linguists, and other professionals to ensure timely and accurate delivery of localized content.

· Client communication: You will be the primary point of contact for clients, communicating project progress, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.

· You will identify and mitigate risks throughout the localization process, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Management or degree relevant to position

· Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence credibly

· Effective organization is a must*

· Basic understanding with CRM and MS Office (particularly MS Excel)

· Multilingual is preferred*

· Localization experience required*

· Project Management experience in Communication or Health Science required* with more than 3 years of experience

Desired skills:

· Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail

· Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills

· Excellent verbal and written communications skills

· Ability to work in a culturally diverse environment
