Job Title: Project Coordinator II
Duration: 6 months
Location: Remote
- Plan, manage, and lead localization testing schedules. Communicate timelines and test results across our main partners: Localization Program Managers, Language Managers, Engineers, QA, Vendors, and Content Designers.
- Review, prioritize, and track progress of issues that affect localized product quality
- Identify current pain points in our workflows and tools, and implement any process improvements
- Keep process documentation and training materials up-to-date
- Make independent decisions and work well under pressure in the face of ambiguity and aggressive deadlines
Skills:
Minimum Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience in localization and project management
- Experience with 3rd party or proprietary localization management, content management, and translation/CAT tools/systems, and in processing various file formats through localization flows
- Experience in crafting support training materials and workflow diagrams
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, verbally and in writing
- Ability to stay focused under pressure, prioritizing and managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in hardware, augmented reality, virtual reality, or gaming localization
- Experience with localization platforms, file formats and CAT tools or any similar in-house localization tools and platforms that manage and/or automate the translation workflow
- Familiarity with product and software development process
- Relevant experience in software localization, localization program management or management of localization technology solutions
Key Projects/Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Managing localization of gaming products
- Highlight any bugs that are found or any translations that are made
- This is a very gaming and VR focused role
- Translating and testing
- Understanding how to products gets translated
- QA works and terminology
