We are seeking a highly organized and motivated professional with a passion for project management and localization to join our team as a Localization Project Manager. In this role, you will ensure the delivery of high-quality, regulatory-compliant translations for marketing and regulatory materials across various Sonova brands.
Your tasks
- Manage the timely and cost-effective delivery of translation projects, collaborating with vendors, linguists, and cross-functional teams
- Oversee the localization process, provide feedback to ensure translation quality, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Act as the go-to expert for translation services, maintaining terminology databases and corporate wording guidelines for non-English languages
- Participate in projects aimed at improving localization processes and tools
- Implement small to medium layout and design changes for localized content
Your profile
- Solid commercial education; university degree in Marketing is a plus
- 3+ years of experience in marketing operations, ideally with some years of project management experience focused on localization topics
- Strong project management skills, problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills
- Motivated, reliable, responsible, and goal-oriented with a can-do attitude
- Strong proficiency in English; additional foreign language skills are advantageous
- Proficient in project management tools, MS Office, and localization platforms; basic knowledge of Adobe InDesign; familiarity with Jira, XTM, Photoshop, etc. is a plus
