Job Description

We are looking for a 1 person to PM team in Bielany, Warsaw (translation/QA projects). PM Team works in a hybrid way (3 days from the office and 2 days from home) and is full-time. Please, pay attention that we consider candidates who are already located in Warsaw and who are ready to work in-house with a hybrid mode.

Responsibilities

As a Project Manager, you will be at the center of the action. You will keep track and ensure the project will be accomplished on time, in the best way possible. Specifically, you will be responsible for:

  • coordinating all aspects of projects, including project scheduling;
  • resource allocation, quality control, and invoicing;
  • maintaining effective communication and positive relationships with the clients, translators, and editors, as well as the internal Roboto team;
  • creating and maintaining project documentation;
  • making sure that deadlines are met and the highest quality is maintained.

Position requirements

  • proficiency in English and Polish is a MUST;
  • excellent organizational skills with demonstrated ability to execute projects within tight deadlines and budgets;
  • exceptional communication skills;
  • demonstrated experience in working with a client; (preferably in the translation/dubbing industry but it’s not a must);
  • MS Office skills (Word, Excel) and general computer literacy, including knowledge of different file formats, conversion, etc.;
  • a friendly attitude, open-mindedness, ability to learn fast and adapt to changing project realities;

Nice To Have

  • CAT tools proficiency;
  • knowledge of audio/video/image editing.
