Project Specialist – project based | Localization & Content production
Responsibilities
- Day-to-day coordination and execution of assigned project
- Handling the administrative aspects of the project, taking care of assets, files and time management tools
- Overseeing the translation process, and ensuring the timely delivery of projects
- Maintaining the quality and correctness of localized content
- Creating processes and proposing improvements to existing ones
- Communication of processes to team other team members and the client
- Delegating tasks effectively to team assistants and freelancers
- Maintaining professional contact with the client, keeping the client informed about the status of the project, following up when feedback is delayed
- Identify task-related problems and propose solutions for improvement
- Creating collaborative and knowledge sharing environment
- Constant learning and skills improvement
Requirements
- Proven experience in localization projects – at least 1,5 year
- Advanced English level
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Experience with medical/pharmaceutical content would be a big plus
- Problem-solving skills
- Precision and very high attention to detail
- Ability to work easily with technology and tools
- Focus on teamwork and support
- Availability during office hours
