Localization Specialist – project based


  • Day-to-day coordination and execution of assigned part of the localization project
  • Handling the administrative aspects of the project, taking care of assets, files and time management tools
  • Overseeing the translation process, and ensuring the timely delivery of projects
  • Maintaining the quality and correctness of localized content
  • Communication of processes to team other team members and the client
  • Delegating tasks effectively to team assistants and freelancers
  • Maintaining professional contact with the client, keeping the client informed about the status of the project, following up when feedback is delayed
  • Identify task-related problems and propose solutions for improvement
  • Creating collaborative and knowledge sharing environment
  • Constant learning and skills improvement


  • Proven experience in localization – at least 1,5 year
  • Advanced English level
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Precision and very high attention to detail
  • Ability to work easily with technology and tools
  • Focus on teamwork and support
  • Willingness to work from mid-April to the end of July (with the possibility of contract extension)
  • Availability during office hours

What you can expect in the recruitment process

  • Step 1 Analysis of received applications (CVs) – at this stage we will select the CVs which will cover most of the features we indicated in the offer, and then contact selected candidates
  • Step 2 Recruitment interview with HR person (videocall)
  • Step 3 Recruitment interview with team manager and department supervisor (videocall)
  • Step 4 Preparing and presenting a task (in the office)
