Requirements

  • Proven experience in localization – at least 1,5 year
  • Advanced English level
  • German B2/C1
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Precision and very high attention to detail
  • Ability to work easily with technology and tools
  • Focus on teamwork and support

Responsibilities

  • Coordination and execution of assigned localization project
  • Handling the administrative aspects of the project, taking care of assets, files and time management tools
  • Overseeing the translation process, and ensuring the timely delivery of projects
  • Maintaining the quality and correctness of localized content
  • Communication of processes to team other team members and the client
  • Delegating tasks effectively to team assistants and freelancers
  • Serve as the liaison between markets and creative teams, interpreting briefs and coordinating the execution of graphic and textual projects.
  • Supervise the workflow of design and copywriting teams, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with market expectations.
  • Maintaining professional contact with the client, keeping the client informed about the status of the project, and following up when feedback is delayed
  • Identify task-related problems and propose solutions for improvement
  • Creating a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment
  • Constant learning and skills improvement
