Key Responsibilities

Localization Quality Assurance

  • Ensure accurate localization of in-game text, UI elements, promotional content, and community materials across English, Chinese, Thai, and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Review and validate localized content to ensure consistency, cultural appropriateness, and adherence to brand tone.

Vendor & Stakeholder Management

  • Coordinate with external translation vendors, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables.
  • Provide feedback to translators and localization partners to refine and improve language quality.
  • Work closely with game designers, developers, and marketing teams to align localization needs with the game’s vision and narrative.

Project Management & Workflow Optimization

  • Manage localization schedules, ensuring all translations are delivered on time for game updates, launches, and marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, and Community) to prioritize localization needs and streamline workflow.
  • Maintain a translation database and style guides to ensure consistency across all languages.

Requirements:

  • Bilingual in English & Chinese (both written and spoken)
  • Strong project management skills – ability to manage multiple localization projects and meet deadlines.
  • Experience working with localization vendors or managing translation workflows.
  • Excellent attention to detail – ability to identify inconsistencies and localization issues.
  • Passion for the gaming industry – experience in game publishing, localization, or content management is a plus.
