We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales by identifying potential clients, building relationships, and offering tailored translation and localization solutions to meet client needs. You will play an integral role in helping businesses expand their global reach through high-quality language services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and qualify new sales opportunities within various industries, such as technology, legal, healthcare, finance, e-commerce, and more.
- Initiate outreach efforts to prospective clients through cold calling, email campaigns, networking, and social media to build a pipeline of qualified leads.
- Present and demonstrate the full range of translation and localization services to potential clients, showcasing how our solutions can help them reach global markets more effectively.
- Understand the unique needs of each client, provide customized solutions, and ensure clients are aware of the benefits of professional translation, localization, and multilingual content services.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and service agreements, ensuring successful deal closures and maximizing revenue potential.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention. Provide exceptional post-sale support, addressing any client inquiries and needs.
- Track sales activity, leads, and revenue progress, and consistently meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Work closely with project managers, linguists, and other departments to ensure successful project delivery, client satisfaction, and meeting deadlines.
- Stay informed about trends and innovations in the translation and localization industry, including new technologies and tools like Translation Management Systems (TMS), machine translation, and content management platforms.
- Identify new market segments and opportunities to expand our presence, particularly in underserved industries or regions.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the translation, localization, or language services industry. Experience with global business expansion or international markets is a plus.
- Proven ability to generate leads, manage the full sales cycle, and consistently close deals.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex solutions in an easy-to-understand and engaging manner.
- Skilled in negotiating pricing and contracts to meet both client needs and business objectives.
- A customer-focused approach with the ability to nurture relationships and provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
- Comfortable with CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales tools. Familiarity with translation management systems (TMS) or CAT tools is a plus.
- Understanding of translation processes, localization strategies, and global content needs is preferred.
- Multilingual candidates are a plus but not required. Knowledge of industry terminology is an advantage.
