THE ROLE
Reporting to the Service Delivery Director, the Team Coordinator will be a pivotal team player, providing comprehensive support across a variety of areas, including project management and customer assistance. This role is crucial in identifying potential issues and coaching junior team members to ensure optimal performance. The ideal candidate is adept at client interaction, enjoys team leadership, has a keen attention to detail, and is committed to continuous learning and exceeding expectations. Accountabilities and Responsibilities
- Independently lead and effectively manage the full lifecycle of translations projects for highly Market Research industries from inception to completion.
- Determine resource requirements and optimal cost structure based on objectives and operational needs.
- Proactively lead the identification of any potential issues and resolve and close identified gaps.
- Actively participate in and support business development efforts and client meetings and other parts of the business.
- Ownership and maintenance of corresponding production processes.
- Billing forecasting and management.
- Participate in mentoring or training of junior colleagues.
- Support Team Lead in daily management of team.
Qualifications & Experience
- University degree in relevant discipline (translation, languages) or equivalent experience.
- Fluent English and ideally one other language, both spoken and written, are preferred for this position.
- 4+ years of project management experience.
- People management experience preferred.
- Experience with Marketing, Media and Consumer clients preferred.
