Job Purpose

Job Purpose

Under the supervision of the LV Project Planning Manager, to provide company customers/clients with accurate and timely cost estimates (quotes) and process jobs submitted for LV translation projects based upon customer needs and company/translator production capabilities, and to ensure that client project requests are placed with, processed by, and received back from translators in a timely, accurate, and cost-effective manner to enable on-time delivery to client.

The Regulated Industries division is focused on developing translation and content management solutions tailored to address the complex regulatory environment in force with premium sectors such as Life Sciences and Healthcare (pharmaceuticals, medical devices, CROs, healthcare companies), Finance (banks, asset management companies, insurance providers, fintech) and Legal (law firms, audit companies).

Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Working with the company’s Quality Management System (QMS) and ISO standards
  • Contact with the client to report on project progress
  • Preparing projects according to client specifications and in accordance with standard procedures
  • Taking care of invoices and payments for projects
  • Coordinating translation projects and instructions to translators
  • Coordinating assigned and ongoing client projects
  • Negotiating prices and delivery times

Skills & Experience

  • Spoken and written English skills on level B2/C1
  • Knowledge of English grammar, syntax and proofreading skills
  • Completed undergraduate studies
  • Translation, sales/customer service experience preferred
  • Knowledge of MS Office / Excel
  • Organizational skills
  • Communication skills
  • Ability to think analytically and work under time pressure

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of localization industry, CAT tools
