Marketing Associate – LATAM

Reporting to the Director for Marketing, ROW, you will localise the content and campaigns created for the ROW region, and contribute to the calendar of activities with a global team. This includes working with the Central Marketing functions, Sales & HNW teams and Product teams to develop, translate and implement content designed to improve website traffic, new client acquisition, social media presence, lead generation activities, client engagement and retention.


  • Translate and localize content that has been developed centrally and make suitable for Latin America
  • Assist in developing central content calendar
  • Translate and localize acquisition and retention campaigns for clients
  • Manage the creation of localised content and optimise content for SEO and organic traffic purposes for the LATAM region.
  • Assist in the creation and distribution of emails, notifications and other client communications.
  • Maximise content efficiency by translating/localising content from one region to the other.
  • Assist in development and localization of website content in Spanish, including but not limited to direct acquisition, centrally-owned websites, direct acquisition regionally-managed websites and indirect lead-gen websites.
  • Review content campaigns for success and optimise and develop tactics to improve KPIs.
  • Collaborate with agencies to create marketing campaigns for social media, organic traffic, and paid ads.
  • Collaborate with creative team members, product managers, and business owners to determine concepts and copy direction for branding and marketing initiatives and facilitate the continued evolution of brand voice and messaging across all media formats.
  • Manage related design and development requests in line with marketing strategy.
  • Communicate with internal groups to ensure that other departments (client support, executive teams) are fully aware of current marketing communications and initiatives.
  • Collaborate with internal resources to determine marketing needs and messages.
  • Manage client communication approval processes to ensure communication meets business and compliance/legal objectives.
  • Track performance of campaigns and initiatives and use findings to optimise future projects.
  • Assist in locating and organising events, expos and hospitality events with LATAM team.


  • Marketing experience at a similar level within digitally led organisations, preferably in the financial, trading, CFD/spread-betting or online gambling sectors
  • Bi-lingual Spanish / English
  • An understanding of content and the financial services industry, and how they interact
  • Attention to detail
  • Written skills – the ability to write accurate campaign briefs and where required campaign content
  • Translation skills – ability to translate from English to Spanish and vice versa
  • Regional knowledge – knowledge of the broader Latin American financial trading ecosystem
  • Tools knowledge – familiarity with social posting tools, website CMS and recording desirable
