We are seeking an A-list player—someone who is proactive, highly adaptable, and eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced, international environment. This is a mid-level role offering significant career progression opportunities within our company.
Role Overview
This is a multi-functional role with three core responsibilities:
🔹 Marketing & Social Media (50%)
🔹 Client Service & CRM Management (30-40%)
🔹 New Market & Product Development (10 – 20%)
The ideal candidate will have strong bilingual skills (English & Chinese, both Traditional and Simplified) and a passion for digital marketing, client engagement, and international immigration products.
Key Responsibilities
🔹 Marketing & Social Media Management (40%)
- Content Translation & Localization: Translate and adapt all English-language marketing materials (website content, social media posts, email campaigns, guides) into Traditional and Simplified Chinese with cultural sensitivity.
- Video & Social Media Content Creation:
- Manage and update YouTube, Facebook, Instagram (current)
- Initiate to explore posting on WeChat, Xiaohongshu, and Weibo.
- Collaborate with the team to create, edit, and post engaging video content related to Portugal immigration and lifestyle.
- Actively engage with followers through comments, messages, and community-building activities.
- Email & CRM Marketing: Assist in managing email campaigns, lead nurturing, and automation through our CRM system (Pipedrive).
- AI & Automation Tools: Utilize ChatGPT, Airtable, Make, and Zapier to enhance marketing automation and streamline processes.
🔹 Client Service & CRM Management (40%)
- Client Relationship Management: Maintain and update the CRM system, ensuring client information is accurate and well-organized.
- Client Support: Guide clients through the immigration process, providing support with documentation, bank account opening, tax registration, and liaising with key stakeholders (lawyers, fund managers, and banks).
- Client Communication: Respond promptly to client inquiries via email, WhatsApp, Line, and WeChat, ensuring a high level of service.
- Application Process Assistance: Help clients prepare and organize necessary documents for visa applications.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure a seamless client experience.
🔹 New Market & Product Development (10 – 20%)
- Market Research & Learning:
- Stay up to date on new immigration programs in countries like Hungary, Greece, and other emerging markets.
- Learn about residency and citizenship programs in new markets and analyze opportunities for business expansion.
- Content Development:
- Create knowledge base documentation for all new immigration and investment products.
- Develop marketing materials, blog posts, guides, and internal reference materials to ensure the team and clients have accurate information.
- Knowledge Management:
- Organize and maintain a structured content repository for all immigration products.
- Ensure that all content is regularly updated and accessible to team members and clients.

Requirements
- Fluent in Cantonese and/or Mandarin (fluency in both preferred).
- Must be proficient in Traditional & Simplified Chinese (reading, writing, and typing).
- Intermediate English proficiency (written & spoken).
- Marketing & Social Media Experience:
- Experience managing YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, WeChat, Xiaohongshu, or Weibo.
- Familiarity with social media engagement.
- Client Service & CRM: Experience in customer service and managing CRM platforms (Pipedrive preferred).
- AI & Automation Tools: Experience with or willingness to learn ChatGPT, Airtable, Make, Zapier for automation.
- Work Environment: Hybrid role with 2-3 days of remote work per week (based in Lisbon).
