Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Communications Strategist with expertise in communications mapping across multi-channel ecosystems tailored to diverse client segments and languages. This role requires an individual who can plan, execute, and optimize communication strategies that resonate with various audiences across geographic regions and languages. The ideal candidate has a strong background in strategic communication, audience segmentation, cross-cultural communication, and data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute multi-channel communication plans that target distinct client segments across regions and languages.
- Use data and analytics to map and refine customer journeys, enhancing engagement across all communication channels.
- Tailor messaging to diverse audiences, ensuring cultural relevance and alignment with the organization’s brand voice.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely, consistent, and impactful communication across platforms.
- Manage translation, localization, and adaptation processes for multilingual communications.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in strategic communication planning, audience segmentation, and multi-channel management.
- Proficiency in using analytics tools, CRMs, and marketing automation platforms for communication mapping.
- Strong cross-cultural communication skills, with knowledge of localization best practices and language adaptation.
- Excellent project management skills and experience working in fast-paced environments.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- Proven experience in marketing communications, with a focus on the UAE market.
- Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written) is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media strategies, and content creation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail.
- Ability to work autonomously in a remote setting and manage time effectively.
- Strong analytical skills and familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, and other reporting tools.
