Job overview:
we’re looking for a Strong Content Marketer to our content initiatives. Your main objective will be to research & create content across multiple written formats for JISR’s website (Blogs, eBooks, Reports) working with SEO team, to other initiatives like videos, podcasts & content for branding campaigns – working with the brand & communications team. You will also be responsible for ensuring top quality content that promotes thought leadership for JISR in the HR space in Saudi & MENA region
Responsibilities:
- Content Calendar Management & Execution: Oversee the content calendar, ensuring timely publication and distribution of content across all channels. This includes scheduling, coordinating with writers and designers, and adhering to deadlines.
- Cross-Format Content Delivery: Manage the delivery and distribution of content in various formats, including blog posts, articles, ebooks, white papers, infographics, videos, social media updates, and email newsletters. Ensure consistency in branding and messaging across all formats.
- Arabic Content Translation Management: Manage the translation process for all content into Arabic. This includes selecting qualified translators, ensuring quality control of translations, and maintaining a consistent Arabic brand voice and style. Develop and maintain a glossary of key terms and style guide for Arabic content.
- Content Optimization & Localization: Adapt and localize content for the Arabic-speaking market, considering cultural nuances, language preferences, and regional trends. This may involve rewriting or adapting content to resonate with the target audience in the MENA region.
- Channel Management & Distribution: Manage content distribution across various channels, including the company website, blog, social media platforms, email marketing platforms, and other relevant channels. Optimize content for each specific channel.
- Performance Tracking & Reporting: Track and analyze content performance metrics, such as website traffic, engagement rates, social media reach, and conversion rates. Generate regular reports on content performance and provide insights to the Head of Content and Content Strategist.
- Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with the Head of Content, Content Strategist, writers, designers, translators, and other team members to ensure smooth content creation and distribution workflows. Maintain clear communication channels and foster a collaborative environment.
- Content Asset Management: Organize and maintain a content library, ensuring easy access to all content assets, including original files, translations, and related materials. Implement a system for version control and content archiving.
Requirements:
- Arabic Content Writing: 3-5 Years of experience in Content writing for Digital & Software companies in Arabic, while having a good grasp of the English language to ensure both English & Arabic content have great quality. Experience in HR Tech space is a definite plus.
- Strong Content Strategy & Planning: Proven ability to develop and execute data-driven content strategies, aligning them with business goals and target audience needs.
- Exceptional Writing & Editing Skills: Excellent command of the Arabic language with strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills. Ability to create compelling and engaging content across various formats.
- Digital Expertise: Perspective in launching & managing website content, and basic understanding for SEO content to gain organic traffic at scale.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques to track, measure, and report on content performance. Ability to draw insights from data and make data-driven decisions.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Product, Design).
- Project Management & Leadership: Excellent project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and lead and mentor a team of content creators.
