Summa Linguae Technologies is a language and technology company that provides localization and data solutions. We help many of the world’s biggest companies make their products and services available in more languages, countries, and cultures across the globe. We have a diverse team of over 250 full-time team members working remotely or in one of our 8 global offices-located in Canada, the USA, Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Finland, India, and our company headquarters in Poland.

We’re looking for an outgoing, strategic, team oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our team! In this role you’ll get to coordinate marketing initiatives for our organization, conduct market research, carry out promotional campaigns, identify target audiences, and evaluate current trends. Most importantly, you are a team player and are passionate about the end result and generating leads. This is a full-time remote opportunity, working Mon-Fri 8am-5pm EST. Kindly note this position is open to those residing in Canada or the United States only.

Direct marketing experienceExperience and understanding of AI and LLM (large language model)EditingDesign oriented – Ability to create eye catching marketing materials for external and internal useMarket segmentationMarketing research and reporting research resultsSocial media monitoring – knowing where to focus content based on what’s trending that makes sense for our industryUnderstanding the customerProcess improvementFinancial and business acumenReporting – Ability to pull website and email campaign data in a clear and concise way for business reviewsExperience in the Localization Industry is a plusEducation and Experience Requirements:

Manage and support content development for our website, blog, email campaigns, social media channels, sales assets, and third-party platformsExecute social media strategies aimed at creating brand awareness for our B2B and B2C platformsCreate graphics for social media and the company website, and support the creation of sales and marketing collateralAssist in analyzing marketing results and creating performance reports on a continuous basis, including data-driven recommendations to improve performancePrepares comprehensive content strategies that align with company objectivesCreates and manages a content calendar and editorial plan to ensure content is completed in a timely mannerBrainstorms and collaborates with cross-functional teams to develop new ideas and content strategiesDevelops editorial governance so content is consistent with our brand voice, style, and toneManages content on the website, social media profiles, and email campaignsEditing – understanding of our industry, where we fit into it, assistance finding our voiceProvides support for sales presentations and collateralResearches markets and industries to compare strategiesAdditional tasks as required based on the evolution of the role, and such other duties as are reasonably assigned to the Employee from time to timeQualifications / Skills:

Bachelor’s or equivalent in marketing or a related fieldProven working experience in marketing, particularly within the industryDemonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaignsHighly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivateSolid knowledge of website and marketing analytics toolsWorking knowledge of ad serving tools
