Join Pax8 as a Marketing Executive and support improved localization of campaigns, events, and other marketing initiatives across the Benelux region. This role is based in our Zwolle office where you’ll collaborate with a local Benelux marketing team as well as a global team to drive our marketing efforts forward. Given the focus on translation and localisation, proficiency in Dutch is required for this position.
You’ll be responsible for translation and localization of a broad range of global and regional marketing initiatives, from digital campaigns to sales plays, and website to PR. On a local level you’ll also be involved in short-form content creation, including campaign assets such as email, social media and landing page content. Working closely with the Director of Marketing, you’ll gather insights from stakeholders, work closely with a Global localization specialist, to ensure we go-to-market in Dutch, and sometimes French in Belgium, ensuring our marketing efforts resonate with the local audience.

Your Responsibilities Will Be Diverse And Impactful
Localization: Tailor campaigns and marketing activities to fit the local audience, culture, and languages in the Benelux region.
Stakeholder Engagement: Regularly sync with key stakeholders to find new opportunities for marketing support and influence.
Content Creation: Create marketing assets from scratch tailored to the local audience that match our brand guidelines and tone-of-voice
Campaign Activation: Work with Marketing Automation and a paid media agency to bring campaigns to life.
Performance Reporting: Share the success of your campaigns and initiatives by reporting on key metrics and proving ROI.
Personal Development: Invest in your growth by participating in learning paths, joining Pax8 L&D programs, receiving coaching, and taking on new projects and training opportunities.
