Your Role in Our Success

The Marketing Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of various marketing teams, including SEO, SMM, PPC, and email marketing, while ensuring that all campaigns align with the company’s strategic goals. The role requires a strong focus on workflow optimization, performance tracking, team leadership, and B2B marketing expertise. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing cross-functional teams, developing efficient processes, and ensuring smooth collaboration between departments.

Core Responsibilities

  • Manage Cross-Functional Teams: Oversee the operations of marketing teams, ensuring that each meets its objectives and deliverables.
  • Workflow and Process Optimization: Develop and refine processes to streamline task tracking, workflow management, and collaboration across teams.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor and guide team members, conduct skill assessments, and promote professional development.
  • Task and Time Management: Assign tasks, set deadlines, and track progress to ensure projects are delivered on time and to client satisfaction.
  • B2B Marketing Expertise: Leverage expertise to design strategies focused on lead generation and client acquisition.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Prepare detailed performance reports for management, highlighting key metrics and campaign success.
  • Budget Management: Assist in managing the marketing budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with content, social media, creative, and web development teams to ensure cohesive marketing strategies.
  • Problem-Solving: Address bottlenecks and resolve challenges to maintain smooth operations and project flow.
  • Required Skills and Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience
  • Minimum of 2 years managing multi-functional teams in a marketing agency or similar environment
  • Strong understanding of B2B marketing strategies, particularly in lead generation, client acquisition, and email marketing
  • Experience using marketing automation tools, task management software (e.g., Clickup), and CRM systems.
