The Marketing Operations Specialist will oversee the logistics and execution of company-hosted events and conferences, managing vendor relationships and ensuring alignment with branding and business goals. This role also includes supporting Arabic content creation and localization for various formats, as well as managing CRM marketing operations to set up, execute, and track the performance of marketing campaigns. The specialist will play a key role in enhancing marketing effectiveness and driving engagement within our target audiences.

Responsibilities
- Oversee the logistics, branding, and execution of all company-hosted events, including networking dinners and conferences. This includes managing vendor relationships, coordinating with external partners, and ensuring smooth event operations.
- Manage the organization of conferences the company attends or sponsors, ensuring alignment with company branding and business goals, from pre-event setup to execution and coordination during events to post-event analysis.
- Support Arabic content creation and translation needs across a variety of formats, including social media, blogs, and marketing campaigns.
- Adapt and localize content for the KSA market, ensuring cultural relevance and message clarity for Arabic-speaking audiences.
- Support the Growth and Content Marketing teams by managing the CRM marketing operations in setting up, executing, and tracking the performance of our marketing campaigns.
- Balance event management with content and growth marketing-related tasks across the year.
Minimum Qualifications
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or a related field.
- Experience working in a Saas or Fintech company.
- Native proficiency in Arabic, with strong written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English.
- Proven ability to write and edit compelling Arabic content (and translations from English), simplifying technical or complex topics for various audiences.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing event planning with content creation and copywriting tasks.
- Strong attention to detail in both event logistics and content creation, ensuring high standards of execution in all areas.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in managing corporate events and conferences
- Experience managing budgets and working with external vendors for both events and content projects
