About the Role

In order to achieve our ambitions, Cyncly is searching for a Marketing Translation Analyst to drive our localisation activities in EMEA/APAC and NAM. The localisation specialist’s main responsibility is to project manage and execute the localisation plan to support the overall business goals and targets. The Marketing Translation Analyst reports into the Global Marketing Programs Director and is responsible for the plan and efficient execution into our selected languages and markets, aligns with global head of communications for social media translations, and is a key partner in executing the field marketing plans in a timely manner. As we are on a transformational journey, the successful candidate must be able to both cover the future state of our ambition as well as being hands-on as we move quickly to challenge our status quo.

Key Position Responsibilities include:

  • Build & deliver the field marketing localisation projects and track execution.
  • Review, measure & optimize ongoing translations.
  • Build translations memories and use AI technology to improve our translations overall.
  • Continuously improve ways of working in collaboration with regional & functional sales teams.
  • Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to ensure we meet deadlines and deliver quality translations.
  • Manage the localisation calendar and flag any issues.

Required experience and qualifications:

  • Previous experience in marketing (mid-level position);
  • Track record in driving successful marketing projects on time and on budget;
  • Hands-on experience of managing multiple stakeholders in marketing, sales and business through clear tracking;
  • Must be self-driven/able to work independently but also be able to work as part of a global team;
  • Excellent written and spoken English to craft and run localization at scale, other language skills such as Spanish, Portuguese, French, German and Italian.are a PLUS.
