Mid-Market Account Executive

They help open the door to global business by providing the complete localization solution. The Localization Platform is built to cover the full range of translation and localization use cases. With a global team working from our offices in Hamburg and Prague—or from home across Europe, the UK, the US, and the APAC region—they serve thousands of global customers, including leading brands such as Uber, Fujifilm, Shopify, Bosch, and Lufthansa.

Joining them as the Mid-Market, Account Executive, you will be a member of our growing EMEA Sales Team, supporting them in meeting their ambitious growth objectives and at the same time enhancing your career and earnings potential in the world of SaaS!

The role will work with the regional sales team, solutions, product, and other members of the operational and business development teams. The purpose of this role is to generate and manage a sustainable pipeline of work that reflects the current and anticipated business strategy and regional business plans.

The Account Executive will expand on their existing network of contacts to sustainably grow the business in line with sector/geographical targets. The primary focus is on the Mid-Market size business sector in DACH markets.

What you’ll be responsible for:

  • Prospecting and signing on new business and logos through direct sales outreach
  • Focusing on providing translation solutions to fast growing companies with 200-1000 employees
  • Skilfully presenting our company to potential customers
  • Developing growth strategies and plans, leveraging sales tools and methodology
  • Being a trusted and knowledgeable advisor to our customers
  • Nurturing the full sales pipeline and processes
  • Collaborating with product, solutions, sales and marketing teams

What you need:

  • 3+ years’ experience in a similar closing role, ideally from a SaaS or Cloud scale-up business
  • Localization sales experience
  • Highly motivated and results driven. Driven and collaborative and thrive on growing your portfolio and managing your business.
  • Experience selling solutions in the Mid-Market segment to head of functions across industries
  • Experience in selling into DACH territories
  • Fluency in English and German (both written and verbal)
  • We are fully remote. Ideally, you’ll be based in the one of our entities (Czech Republic, Germany, Spain, UK or Ireland)
