About The Strategic Content Solutions Group (SCS)

 

Strategic Content Solutions, part of RWS’s Language Services division, works closely with major accounts and clients of all sizes who are going global with specialized localization services. These services cover the entire localization spectrum, from translating content, media, and audio to creating engaging eLearning programs and transcreating highly impactful marketing campaigns. The SCS works closely with RWS’s Language eXperience Delivery (LXD) platform, which includes 2,000 in-house linguists, and a network of more than 29,000 translators, who use RWS’s proprietary machine translation, AI, and translation productivity tools, to deliver a 24/7 service to clients.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Visual design: Create visually appealing content to engage, inform and convert SCS target audiences, adhering to and effectively representing the RWS brand
  • Content production: Work with SCS marketing team to create visual designs and content to support their strategies and campaigns
  • Design innovation: Understand and adopt innovative approaches to visual design and content creation, and share best practice with SCS and wider RWS teams
  • Group collaboration: Work as part of the wider Creative Services team in Group marketing to ensure a cohesive visual delivery of the RWS brand across all SCS touchpoints

 

Skills & Experience

  • Demonstrable experience delivering high-quality visual design for B2B enterprise-level and international audiences
  • Skilled in creating memorable, engaging content in all visual formats and for a variety of media
  • Highly experienced in using Adobe suite and other design tools
  • Ability to manage own workload and collaborate with marketing team to ensure on-time deliveries of visual content
  • Experience creating visually engaging long-form documents including brochures, reports, sales presentations and pitch decks
  • Experience creating visually engaging short-from content including social, video snippets, display advertising, email marketing
  • Ability to anticipate trends and keep your finger on the pulse of visual design trends and innovations
  • Ability to plan and manage workload, working flexibility and to tight deadlines as needed
  • Positive, innovative, creative approach to design and marketing, open to change and always seeking new ideas, concepts and practices to enhance abilities and outputs
