We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Translation Project Manager to join our team in RIGA OFFICE
(on-site).
The candidate will be responsible for managing translation projects from inception to completion, ensuring high-quality amd timely deliverables.
Responsibilities:
– Coordinate and manage all aspects of translation projects, including planning, scheduling, tracking, and delivery.
– Act as the primary point of contact for clients and translators.
– Evaluate project requirements and resources, identifying and solving potential issues.
– Ensure the quality of translations by overseeing the work of translators and proofreaders.
– Handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining close attention to detail and prioritizing effectively.
– Monitor project timelines, budgets, and workflow.
Skills:
– Proven experience as a Project Manager in the translation, localization, or language services industry is mandatory.
– Strong organizational skills.
– Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with fluency in English.
– Proficiency in MS Office. Experience with project management software (e.g., Plunet, SDL Trados Studio, MemoQ) will be a pluss, but not mandatory.
– Ability to work under pressure.
– A strong attention to details.
