Online Marketing Specialist- South Korea

As the digital healthcare industry prepares for its rapid expansion, we seek dynamic individuals to join our marketing team and contribute significantly to the role of an Online Marketing Professional in the South Korean market.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute the B2C marketing activities of our mobile app, including but not limited to Google/Naver ads, social media, and other new business initiatives.
  • Lead the ideation and execution of creative content, including blog posts, videos, and social media campaigns, to build brand awareness and educate the audience.
  • Work closely with the Business Development team to support the activation and growth of the patient management platform, our B2B SaaS (software as a service) product.
  • Review all marketing channels’ performance periodically, including qualitative and quantitative analyses, to optimize strategies based on data-driven insights.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and challenges.
  • Assist in customer support and product management for content localization and testing, engaging closely with the local user community to understand open-market feedback for product enhancement.

Qualifications

  • Native-level fluency in Korean and business proficiency in English or Chinese. Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team or with third parties.
  • 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing, focusing on mobile app user acquisition, promotion, and social media management. Familiarity with product marketing is a plus.
  • Creative mindset with a passion for creating compelling content that resonates with the target audience.
  • Understanding of SEO and proficiency in analytics tools for apps and websites, such as Google Analytics, Firebase, AppsFlyer, and Google Tag Manager.
  • A data-driven mindset, capable of extracting relevant insights from data and addressing opportunities or issues promptly.
  • Good project management skills and solid execution; adept at handling complex projects, prioritizing tasks, and helping managers make decisions efficiently.
  • Adaptability to a dynamic work environment and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Experience in a startup or a healthcare background is considered advantageous.
