We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Online Sales Representative to join our growing, dynamic, collaborative team that values continuous learning and growth, with a particular focus on Trados technology and the localization industry in the Professional Linguist (Freelance) market.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to develop their career in online sales while gaining valuable experience in the language technology sector. The ideal candidate will be fluent in written and spoken English, and proficiency in additional languages is highly desirable. As an Online Sales Executive, you will engage with customers, support sales efforts, and expand your knowledge of Trados technology and the localization industry crucial to our international operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Customer Interaction & Engagement: Communicate with customers email, and occasionally via the phone to answer inquiries, provide product details, and assist with online orders related to Trados-enabled solutions.
- Sales Support & Growth: Assist in promoting products, special offers, and services related to Trados technology, driving sales and supporting international markets.
- Product Knowledge Development: Develop a deep understanding of products and services related to language technology, to offer tailored solutions to clients.
- Order Processing & CRM Support: Assist in processing orders and maintaining customer records within CRM systems, ensuring accuracy for both English and multilingual content.
- Customer Retention & Relationship Building: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer needs clearly and promptly, ensuring positive, long-term relationships with clients.
- Team Collaboration: Work with the sales and marketing teams to improve customer experience and promote Trados-based solutions.
Skills & Experience
- Fluent English: Strong written and spoken communication skills in English are essential.
- Additional Languages: Proficiency in other languages (e.g., Spanish, French, German) is highly desirable.
- Clear Communication: Must be able to explain product offerings and requirements clearly and understandably to customers, both verbally and in writing.
- Motivation & Enthusiasm: A genuine interest in learning about Trados technology and the localization industry, with a strong desire to build a career in this space.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using computers, email, online tools, and CRM systems. Familiarity with Trados Technologies, or similar translation management tools is a plus but is not required.
- Customer-Focused: A passion for providing excellent customer service with previous experience in customer service or sales.
- Adaptability: Ability to quickly learn new systems, tools, and processes, including Trados-related software and sales platforms.
- Team Player: A collaborative mindset with a willingness to work with a diverse team in a fast-paced environment.
- Attitude: Friendly, energetic, and eager to contribute to the growth and success of a specialized team.
