Operational Specialist

Responsibilities

  • Participate in translating the game.
  • Participate in policy, market, and competitive research on the Thailand market, and write reports.
  • Participate in tracking local public opinion and form reports during the product launch period
  • Assist organizations in building local player communities and performing game user experience testing tasks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality localization.
  • Monitor and assess project timelines.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions.

Work requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • 1-2 years of relevant work experience as a Customer service or Operations Specialist experience in the game industry or Tech Industry ( Fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
  • Passion for the gaming industry and cultural sensitivity is advantageous.
