Overview
This is an exciting opportunity for an Operations Assistant to step into a challenging and rewarding role as a key member of Locaria’s global operations team. You’ll work closely with the Operations Manager based in Spain and the Organisational Development Director based in Israel, supporting on a wide range of activities and dynamic projects that will allow you to develop within your career, learn new skills and be part of a truly global and talented team.
Responsibilities
- Lead the Quality Management System, ensuring compliance with ISO standards. Coordinate meetings with the Management Team and handle internal and external audits related to these standards.
- Manage the internal communication channels, including the Locaria Newsletter, by creating content, maintaining the monthly schedule, and ensuring all communications align with Locaria’s style and culture.
- Support a wide range of operational projects across HR, IT, Production, Finance, and Office Management, ensuring stakeholders are kept informed of progress.
- Maintain the CSR calendar and help organise corporate volunteering activities in partnership with office managers and the CSR committee. Assist in implementing CSR activities.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of operational processes and systems to improve business efficiency.
- Identify and raise awareness of gaps or inefficiencies in processes and systems, recommending and implementing improvements.
- Organise internal and external events, and coordinate local events when required.
- Provide support for special ad hoc projects throughout the year.
- Provide administrative support by managing the Operations inbox and helping resolve team queries.

- Previous experience within an operations or office management role ideal
- Skilled in leading and optimising quality management systems in line with ISO standards, including audit procedures, quality control, and continuous improvement initiatives.
