Job description
Responsibilities:
· Manage a portfolio of new and existing customers to increase retention and achieve organic growth.
· Identify new Localization, Translation and Subtitling opportunities in the GCC and new markets
· Develop new relationships to help grow our market share
· Identify prospective leads; develop new client relationships via cold calling, internet research, networking events, trade shows, referrals and face-to-face meetings.
· Create effective approaches to drive new revenue and win new business deals
· Build a productive pipeline and manage each phase of the sales process.
· Assist Head of Business Development with any allocated tasks.
· Build long lasting client relationships, offering continuous customer support and managing client expectations.
· Collaborate with other departments around a successful customer journey.
· Create proposals, manage and control pricing and contractual issues
Key Requirements:
· Ability to identify, qualify and act on prospect leads
· Ability to Travel for long periods to the UAE and KSA
· Proven track record of building a commercial pipeline, high conversion rate and achieving measurable growth
· Proven track record in achieving sales targets
· Experience in Localization & Subtitling Industry
· Self-motivated and pro-active
· Strong numeral skills and able to work towards and meet financial targets
· Strong reporting skills
· Strong presentation skills
· Eagerness to learn, self-starter, and able to drive own workload and achieve results
· The ability to work independently and within a team
· Ability for walk-in BD approach to present the company whenever needed.
· Excellent presentation, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
· Effective time management skills and attention to detail
· Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
· Ability to work productively in a hybrid working environment
Experience:
· Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant field
· Fluent in both English & Arabic
· At least 1 year of demonstrated sales experience in a “hunting” environment
· Sales life cycle experience from lead generation through closing
