Presales Executive

Feltiv is looking for a Presales Executive to drive business growth by engaging potential clients, understanding their localisation needs, and showcasing our AI-driven solutions. This role requires a strategic thinker who understands client needs and collaborates with sales and product teams to craft tailored solutions and support the sales pipeline.

***Key Responsibilities

Client Engagement

  • Work closely with the sales team to identify and understand client requirements.
  • Participate in client calls, meetings, and discussions to present Feltiv’s solutions effectively.
  • Assist in gathering client feedback to refine and improve product offerings.

Solution Design & Customization

  • Analyze client needs and align them with Feltiv’s offerings to create customized solutions.
  • Develop and deliver tailored product demonstrations, presentations, and proof-of-concepts to showcase Feltiv’s capabilities.

Proposal Development

  • Collaborate with sales, product, and technical teams to draft compelling proposals, RFPs, and other sales collateral.
  • Ensure all documentation addresses client requirements and positions Feltiv’s solutions as the ideal choice.

Product Expertise

  • Stay updated on Feltiv’s product features, capabilities, and roadmap.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the localization and NLP technology landscape to highlight Feltiv’s competitive advantages.

Collaboration Across Teams

  • Liaise with marketing teams to align pre-sales efforts with promotional campaigns and market positioning.
  • Work with product and technical teams to address client-specific technical queries or customizations.

***Qualifications and Skills

  • Experience: 1-3 years in pre-sales, sales support, or a similar client-facing role in the technology or SaaS industry.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Skills:

Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to understand technical concepts and explain them to non-technical audiences.

Proficiency in creating presentations, proposals, and other sales-related documents.

Basic understanding of software solutions, localization technologies, or NLP is a plus.

***Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with localization, AI, or NLP-based solutions.
  • Experience in SaaS or B2B sales environments.
  • Knowledge of CRM tools like ZohoCRM or Salesforce or HubSpot.

***Salary

As per Industry standards and current CTC. Not a blocker for the right candidate.
