At Factorial we’re looking for a rock star Product Content Specialist to help us take our company and customers to the next level !
As a member of the Product Content team, you will be responsible for creating content that effectively communicate our brand and product offerings to our global audience. The team is lead by Jo Batten.

The Role
What will you be doing:
- Create UX driven, informative content in English and German that aligns with Factorial’s tone of voice and business objectives
- Translate and localize product content with a sensitivity to cultural, linguistic, legal, and other requirements of its target markets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gain deep knowledge of product features and goals
- Analyze content performance, making improvements when needed
- Participate in content audits with other product content specialists
- Deep-dive into specific content challenges in team workshop sessions
Your Profile
What you bring:
- Fluent both in German (C1/C2) and English (C1/C2)
- Experience in content creation, with a focus on localization
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Adept at multi-tasking – may need juggling skills
- Keen to work in a team – it takes a village!
