Trip.com is now offering a chance for eager individuals seeking to master “Glocalization” from basic to advanced levels, all while engaging in real-world projects across the globe. You will have chance to collaborate with a diverse global team spanning Asia, Europe and Latin Americas.
In this Role, you’ll get to

* Site localization: Understand website contents and suggest on site content improvement.
* Product localization: Understand local users’ behavior and suggest on product improvement that serves local customer’s preference.
* CRM marketing: Understand each step of customer acquisition funnel and improve funnel conversion rate
* Conduct local competitor studies
* Proofread site contents and suggest for better translation
* Test online/app product and suggest for change in existing feature or suggest new features
* Work with internal stakeholders including HQ to reflect the changes on website/app.
* Understand important customer acquisition funnel, suggest on new features to improve funnel conversion rate and customer satisfactions.
* Support in drawing up and executing promotional campaigns.
* Assist in creating contents for various marketing channels, including email newsletters, and the website.
* Actively think along and contribute to brainstorming session for new marketing initiatives.

What you’ll Need to Succeed

* Fluent in Mexican Spanish
* Business proficiency English
* Attention to details
* Positive and can-do attitude
* Communication and teamwork skills
