We are looking for skilled Project Managers to apply for a role with one of our leading global technology partners located in Germany.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategy Development: Define and drive the localization strategy for SuccessFactors and HCM products, ensuring alignment with market requirements and business objectives.
  • Product Roadmap: Develop and manage product roadmaps addressing localization needs, incorporating feedback from stakeholders and market research.
  • Project Management: Oversee localization projects from conception to delivery, ensuring timely execution while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Collaboration: Partner with engineering, QA, and customer success teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of localized features.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct comprehensive market analysis to understand localization needs and regulatory requirements in various countries, with a focus on Germany and the UK.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary contact for localization-related inquiries, providing updates and managing expectations with internal and external stakeholders.
  • User Experience: Enhance the user experience by ensuring localized content and functionality meet the highest standards.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 3-7 years of experience in product management, with a focus on localization and internationalization of software products.
  • Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of SuccessFactors and HCM, with practical experience in payroll and HR systems specific to Germany and the UK.
  • Skills: Proven ability to manage complex projects, work cross-functionally, and communicate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field; an advanced degree is a plus.
  • Languages: Fluency in German and English. Additional languages are a plus.
  • Analytical Ability: Strong analytical skills with the capability to interpret complex data and market trends to inform product decisions.
