We are looking for a Product Manager in Cupertino, CA to lead proprietary tooling initiatives. Applying a blend of product expertise and business intelligence, you will interact directly with cross-functional teams across Localization, Operations, Engineering, AIML, Design, Support and Editorial to define, build and roll-out innovative technology. This includes understanding business problems, converting them to solution requirements, overseeing development of the solution, and driving adoption. You will own multiple projects aimed at improving the Services Localization team’s production workflow and operations, addressing the team’s evolving business needs. This position offers the opportunity to influence our Localization processes and push the boundaries of our production and operations capabilities.
As a Product Manager, you will be managing proprietary tools created for the Services Localization team. This includes gathering requirements for user-friendly, scalable features, reviewing UX designs, driving cross-functional collaboration with stakeholders, collaborating with Engineering Project Managers for sprint planning, coordinating User Acceptance Testing of new features and communicating product updates to end users.
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- English language native speaker or at least C2 – proficiency is desired
- Willingness to work on-site in Cupertino, CA, USA.
- Proven history of shipping commercial products by working in cross-functional projects with tight deadlines
- Demonstrated understanding of technical concepts related to product management, such as software development, database management, and system integration
- Intimate knowledge of the product life cycle, overseeing it from conception to launch and beyond
- Expertise in human interface design
- Analytical thinking, exceptional integrity, extraordinary communication and collaboration skills, and ability to think critically and plan ahead
- Expertise in change management and adoption, including collaboration with the Support and Business teams.
