About The Role

As a Product Marketing Specialist (Italian) at Mindvalley, you will be a member of our expanding internationalization team. You will be the key force scaling our presence in the Italian speaking markets, and contributing towards our mission to change 1 billion lives. You are a T-shaped marketer with broad experience across the digital marketing spectrum, including performance marketing, CRO, CRM, social media, and SEO, with deep expertise in at least one of these areas. In this pivotal role, you will craft and execute the growth strategy for the Italian market, demonstrating a proactive, hands-on approach whether working independently or in synergy with our world-class internal and external partners. Your contributions will directly impact our revenue, and your innovative ideas will have a far-reaching influence across all our funnels. Fluent proficiency in English and Italian is essential for this role.

Responsibilities

Grow Italian Market Revenue

  • Significantly increase revenue from the Italian speaking market. This is a new initiative with plenty of opportunities to scale fast.
  • Own performance metrics and objectives for the Italian market.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy for the Italian market.
  • Execute winning marketing campaigns via email, social media and other channels, ensuring they resonate with the Italian audience.

Oversee Digital Advertising

  • Oversee digital advertising across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and YouTube, coordinating with our media agency in order to maximize scale at target ROAS.
  • Lead the process of ad creative ideation, production, and testing on ad platforms.
  • Leverage AI tools for faster and more cost-effective localization.

Optimize Conversion Rates

  • Adapt cutting-edge marketing practices to optimize our existing funnels and establish new ones.
  • Utilize web analytics tools to understand user behavior and form hypotheses for experimentation. Establish a high velocity experimentation cadence.

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Work in tandem with the English market teams to align marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with teams in social media, SEO, analytics, creative production, and more.
  • Be the voice of the Italian-speaking customer, ensuring their perspective is considered in decision-making processes.
  • Provide regular reports on campaign performance, market insights, and experimentation results to stakeholders.

  • Marketing Tech Savvy: Ability to use marketing technology tools such as Iterable, VWO, Google Analytics, Storyblok, Clarisights, Blink Webinar, Hubspot/Ignite, etc.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluent proficiency in English and Italian.

Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 4-6 years of experience in product marketing, ideally with a focus on funnel optimization.
  • Fluent proficiency in English and Italian.
  • Proficiency in marketing technology tools.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis to drive insights.
  • Deep understanding of marketing psychology principles.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
