As a Product Owner for TMS Integrations, you will work closely with the Senior Product Manager to translate the product strategy into actionable tasks for the development team. You will play a crucial role in managing the product backlog, writing user stories, and ensuring the successful delivery of features that align with our product vision and meet customer needs.
What you’ll be responsible for:
- Backlog management: Create, refine, and prioritize the product backlog based on the product roadmap and stakeholder inputs.
- Feature detailing: Write user stories, define acceptance criteria, and work with the development team to ensure features are well-understood and properly executed.
- Team collaboration: Act as the primary point of contact for the development team during sprints, providing clarity on requirements and removing blockers.
- Customer feedback loop: Gather feedback from customers and stakeholders to ensure delivered features meet expectations and drive value.
- Quality assurance: Collaborate with QA to validate feature functionality and ensure a high standard of quality in product releases.
- Sprint planning: Assist in sprint planning and work closely with the development team to ensure smooth execution and adherence to timelines.
What you need:
- Experience: 1+ year of experience in product management or project management in for SaaS products
- Project management skills: Skills in product discovery and research, development of key tasks, stakeholder management, implementation and success of product/projects.
- Agile experience: Familiarity with Agile frameworks, including Scrum. Ability to work closely with development teams, with a foundational understanding of software development processes.
- Industry knowledge: Knowledge and experience with Integrations in the SaaS industry, as well as localization industry knowledge.
- Technical expertise: Basic understanding of technical topics, with experience in understanding and working with API documentation.
- Detail-oriented: Ability to manage multiple priorities while ensuring quality and attention to detail in feature definition.
- Communication: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
