Production Manager – French Language

Role purpose/ summary:

The Production Manager plans, coordinates, and manages various localisation productions from the onset of the budget creation to utilization of resources, sets timelines and performs continuous oversight through to product delivery. Key to this position is being the main contact partner between our clients and local and international production teams, adjusting plans within the production workflow as needed while ensuring Iyuno’s company standards and client requirements are simultaneously met along the full life cycle of the production.

The Production Manager will build and maintain strong relationships with sound engineers, directors, and translation team while working in tandem with the other Production Managers and the Booking Team.

In this role you report to the Team Lead Production Management.

KPIs / deliverables:

  • Overall production output and quality measured in percentage of projects completed on time and within budget
  • Timely forecasting and invoicing of all productions in Navision
  • Maintaining all production systems with relevant information and milestone dates at any time
  • Monthly production output measured in minutes produced – individual KPI reflecting different production levels and complexity

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain relationships with ICO contacts and clients – per client expectations. Understanding client’s needs
  • Secure client satisfaction by securing availability and guidance
  • Be a focal point for all stakeholders on a production, and ensure key information and resources are applied to projects
  • Secure all project details are communicated to local production team and other relevant individuals
  • Production planning, payment lines and budgets are entered to a system/EDMS, Tops, Navision
  • Production management, planning, scheduling from order to delivery
  • Securing timelines are kept and orders delivered timely

Skills and experience required:

  • Strong structural skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients on different levels
  • Works comfortably with project budgets and project budget follow ups
  • Highly motivated strong individual who works comfortably and autonomously in fast-paced environments
  • Work collaboratively and independently while managing aggressive deadlines and multiple priorities
  • Communicate clearly and professionally (written and verbal) internally and with clients in a timely manner
  • Understanding the guidelines associated with clients and training internal teams to meet these requirements
  • Identify potential issues and proactively prevent these from escalating and compromising the projects

Essential qualifications:

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily tasks
  • Eye for detail and solutions driven
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in French and English, Flemish language skills desirable

Desirable qualifications:

  • Experience working in the localisation industry at Project Manager level
  • A passion for localisation and communicating across cultural backgrounds will go a long way
