We are seeking a Program Manager for the Linguistic AI Services team with deep expertise in both program management and linguistic AI. You will join a high-performing, energetic, and innovative team that’s shaping the future of language technology.
You will be responsible for developing the production framework for linguistic AI projects and overseeing their delivery to RWS internal and external clients. You will work closely with the Director of LAIS, partners and stakeholders across the entire organization, and clients.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the end-to-end management of linguistic AI projects, ensuring they align with client objectives, timelines, and budgets
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs, providing updates, and managing expectations
- Facilitate cross-functional communication and collaborate with internal stakeholders, including LXD offices, external suppliers, tech development teams, and account/project managers, to ensure seamless project execution
- Oversee the creation and maintenance of project documentation, ensuring all materials are comprehensive, up-to-date, and accessible to stakeholders
- Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, ensuring successful project outcomes
- Strategize and optimize a production team able to support assigned accounts, with an eye to cost optimization, knowledge needed and career pathing for team members
- Work with budget owner on creation of annual budget
- Manage and monitor Key Performance Indicators (revenue, internal costs, external spends, margins) and works with budget owner on improvement initiatives to achieve the financial objectives.
Skills & Experience
- A master’s degree in Computational Linguistics, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field is strongly preferred.
- 5+ year experience in program management, particularly in linguistic AI, data services, natural language processing (NLP), or related fields
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Azure DevOps) and web-based collaboration platforms (e.g., SharePoint).
- Familiarity with AI technologies, particularly in the context of linguistic applications.
- C1+ level of English proficiency
- Solid organizational and leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, capable of managing client relationships and fostering teamwork across different departments.
