Job Description:
• Helping to coordinate and manage project tasks and deliverables
• Analyzing data as required to support quality control
• Conducting administrative duties, such as setting up meetings, drafting POs and drawing estimates
• Tracking and reporting project progress
• Participating in project design meetings and proposing improvements if necessary
• Evaluating potential problems and technical hitches and reporting concerning project details and deliverables
• Supervising current tests and coordinating team members
• Managing project-related paperwork by ensuring all necessary materials are current, properly filed, and stored
• Communicating with the Project Manager to identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectives
• Performing other duties assigned by the Project Manager in an orderly and efficient manner
• Performing quality control on the project throughout development to maintain the standards expected
• Coordinating with vendors and suppliers as needed
Job Requirements:
- -Bachelor’s degree required
- – Over 1 year of project management experience
- – Experience in localization preferred
- – Fluent in English is essential
- – Familiarity with C.A.T/AI tools is a plus
- – Relevant PM courses required
- – Proficient in MS Office
- – Strong communication and negotiation skills
- – Team player and able to multitask
