Job Profile
Right now, we are hiring Project Coordinators (Interns) to join us on full-time basis. This is an outstanding opportunity for a high-caliber candidate to join our focused team working for rapidly expanding the company globally, in the language service industry.
Upon joining, you would be responsible for:-
• Processing customer translation inquiries, managing translation and localization projects with CAT tools.
• Compiling and managing the team of linguists, monitoring the progress of the project, ensuring quality standards and deadlines
• Post-production quality assurance checks, translation memory, and terminology maintenance
Skills we would welcome:-
• Excellent fluent English & at least one Indian language skills.
• Excellent IT level in Microsoft Office and other Microsoft-based applications.
• Ability to work under pressure in a deadline-driven environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
• Customer-focused, results-focused, creative problem-solving.
• Must work accurately with attention to detail.
• Self-motivated, confident, and resilient.
Our Preference: –
• Degree in translation studies, or linguistic, business, IT/media design-related field
• Team spirit and positive attitude
• Excellent technical problem-solving skills.
Qualification: – BBA, MBA, Bcom, Mcom, BBE would be a plus.
We have an integrated programme for freshers/applicants not having exposure in our industry:
1. Internship ( learning period) 3 months
Internal Evaluation at the end of 3 months
Stipend: Rs.10000/- per month
2. Probation (testing period) 3 months
Internal evaluation at the end of 3 months
Salary: Rs.15,000 per month
3. Final absorption as part of team LegosIndia
Salary : Rs.18,000 per month
