Project Coordinator

In this role, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Managing localization projects from start to finish, working with internal requestors and external vendors.
  • Overseeing the intake, production, and delivery of localized assets.
  • Maintaining translation memories (TMs) and glossaries across multiple vendors to ensure high-quality output and resource efficiency.
  • Influencing and advising on processes to streamline translation workflows, deliverables, and centralization within the organization.
  • Communicating effectively with internal stakeholders to set expectations, provide status updates, and gather feedback.
  • Managing and maintaining version control of assets within the localization platform.

What you’ll bring to the table:

  • Bachelor’s degree in language studies, international studies, localization/translation, marketing/communications, or project/program management (or a related field).
  • At least 1 year of experience in localization and/or project management.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.
  • Proficiency with localization best practices and project management tools.
  • A self-starter mentality with the ability to handle ambiguity.
  • Resourcefulness and creativity to deliver results despite resource constraints.
  • Experience managing multiple priorities, collaborating with distributed teams, and meeting deadlines across time zones.
  • A willingness to challenge the status quo and explore new solutions. (Bonus points for a second language!)

This is not a guarantee of compensation, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
