Tech Mahindra Allyis is looking for a PM who has worked in the Content Space. Required to have excellent English communication skills including Editing/Writing required experience– Great attention to detail.
**This is a full-time/mid-level role / Hybrid model, located in San José Costa Rica.**
We are seeking a highly skilled and collaborative Project Manager to join our Allyis team. The ideal candidate has a strong background in project management and great attention to detail. In this role, you will need to build strong relationships with the client and stakeholders, work effectively with cross-functional team members, and manage projects smoothly to meet timelines.
What you will do
- Partner with the client and stakeholders to understand their business needs and KPIs, provide strategic guidance, and deliver effective solutions.
- Schedule and attend meetings to gather requirements for projects that may include email communications and other deliverables.
- Devise comprehensive work-back schedules involving cross-functional teams.
- Work with translators to coordinate localization into French for Quebec audience.
- Work with internal team members to review and approve the final communications.
- Manage reviews and incorporate feedback from the client and stakeholders.
- Establish and maintain all timelines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactively manage changes in program scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans.
- Develop reports to be discussed with the client and stakeholders.
What you will bring
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- At least four years of professional experience in a relevant position.
- Intermediate to advanced experience using Microsoft 365/Office.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage content for audiences from the front line to leadership.
- Proven skills as a self-starter and ability to use a proactive approach to achieve results.
- Ability to quickly respond to changing work environments and audiences.
- Solid relationship-building and interpersonal skills.
